• Leasing shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses for Belz Enterprises
• Leasing ground floor spaces for the Peabody Hotel
• Assisted clients with the development of the ONE MEMPHIS PLACE office building downtown. In addition to seven of their shopping Centers all over town for BENNETT YORK ENTERPRISES
• Worked with BARBEE & ASSOCIATES to develop their Commercial Investment Brokerage Division and the development of SOUTHWINDS SHOPPING CENTER in Germantown
